Senior Software Engineer - Java Technologies

Job Requirements : We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in the following core technologies : - Java (with proficiency in Kotlin) - Spring Boot for building scalable applications - AWS (Amazon Web Services) for cloud-based solutions - Expertise in Microservices architecture and development Key Responsibilities : - Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex microservices-based systems - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect solutions using AWS and Spring Boot - Continuously improve system performance, scalability, and reliability - Ensure the adoption of best practices in software design, development, and testing - Design and develop microservices-based architectures, adhering to industry best practices. - Break down complex systems into smaller, independent services. - Leverage AWS services to build and deploy scalable solutions. - Utilize cloud-native technologies and patterns to optimize performance and cost-efficiency. - Continuously monitor system performance and identify areas for optimization. - Implement strategies to improve system scalability, reliability, and security Additional Skills (Nice to Have) : - Proficiency in Python - Strong understanding of Design Patterns and best practices in software architecture - Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps methodologies - Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing (ref:hirist.tech)
