Accionlabs - DevOps Engineer - CI/CD Pipeline

We are looking for a talented and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for automating and improving development, testing, and deployment processes. This role requires proficiency in tools such as GitHub/GitLab, Splunk/AppDynamics/Dynatrace, Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, and monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability of the infrastructure and applications we support. Key Responsibilities : CI/CD Pipeline Management : - Manage and optimize Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools such as GitHub or GitLab. Monitoring and Observability : - Implement and maintain monitoring solutions using tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, or Dynatrace for proactive detection and resolution of issues. - Set up and maintain Prometheus and Grafana for real-time monitoring, metrics collection, and dashboards. Infrastructure Management : - Design, implement, and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes and Docker. - Optimize Kubernetes clusters for scalability, reliability, and performance. Linux Systems Administration : - Administer and support Linux-based servers and virtual machines. - Troubleshoot performance issues, and manage configurations, backups, and security patches. Automation & Scripting : - Develop automation scripts to streamline manual processes using Bash, Python, or similar scripting languages. Collaboration and Support : - Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth deployment and operational performance. - Provide ongoing support for the DevOps tools and infrastructure. Key Requirements : Experience : - Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a DevOps Engineer or related role. - Strong knowledge of GitHub or GitLab for version control and CI/CD pipeline integration. - Experience with application performance monitoring using Splunk, AppDynamics, or Dynatrace. - Proficient in managing containerized applications using Kubernetes and Docker. - Strong Linux administration skills and troubleshooting expertise. - Hands-on experience with Prometheus for metrics collection and Grafana for building custom dashboards. Technical Skills : - Version Control : GitHub, GitLab - CI/CD Tools : Jenkins, GitLab CI - Containers & Orchestration : Docker, Kubernetes - Monitoring Tools : Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, AppDynamics, Dynatrace - Cloud Platforms : AWS, Azure, GCP (preferred) - Operating Systems : Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, Red Hat) - Scripting : Bash, Python, or similar languages.
