Senior Marketing Automation Manager - Marketo

Job Summary : We are looking for an energetic Senior Marketing Automation Manager join our team. In this role, you'll work cross-functionally with business operations and to create and optimize workflow processes. Responsibilities : - This role involves working with multiple stakeholders and requires expertise in Marketo. - In this role, you'll plan, create, implement, manage, and optimize marketing automation and operations programs working closely with a global field marketing organization. - This role will report into the Senior Marketing Automation Manager. - Collaborate with the Global Field Marketing team to align marketing automation and operations strategies with key regional initiatives. - Plan, execute, and manage go-to-market marketing automation programs, campaigns, and webinars from start to finish. - Maintain and update the automation campaign calendar, managing assigned projects via project management tools to ensure timely execution. - Set up, schedule, and support webinar campaigns. - Generate lead reports for the team and create necessary lists/segments. - Support essential marketing operations initiatives. Required Skills and Experience : - Proven experience in marketing automation and operations. - Strong proficiency in Marketo, Salesforce, and HubSpot. - Excellent project management and organizational skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Fluency in English (ref:hirist.tech)
