Delivery Lead - AI/ML Solutions

Key Responsibilities : - Lead and manage the delivery of AI, ML, and data-driven solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements. - Drive the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI solutions leveraging R, Python, Scala, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Oversee the implementation of cloud-based infrastructures and solutions using containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of AI models, machine learning algorithms, and data pipelines into the business workflow. - Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear communication between business and technical teams. - Lead, mentor, and support a team of data scientists, engineers, and developers throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Provide hands-on support for AI and machine learning model development, optimization, and deployment. - Develop and ensure the use of efficient and reusable code for machine learning model development and data processing pipelines. - Identify and mitigate risks in the project delivery process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. - Maintain quality control standards and ensure the use of best practices in the development and deployment of machine learning models and AI applications. - Conduct regular progress reviews and communicate status updates, issues, and challenges to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI, machine learning, cloud technologies, and DevOps practices. - Drive continuous improvement of AI delivery processes, optimizing team performance and project outcomes.
