Verification & Validation Test Engineer - HIL Testing

Job Title : V&V Test Engineer Location : Pune and in hybrid mode Experience : Minimum 5 years Job Description : We are looking for a skilled V&V Test Engineer with a solid background in verification and validation processes for Aerospace projects. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of DO178B/C V&V process lifecycle for DAL B level projects, and hands-on experience in unit testing, requirement-based testing, and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing. Key Responsibilities : - Understanding and implementing the DO178B/C V&V process lifecycle for DAL B level projects. - Performing unit testing, requirement-based testing, and HIL testing. Conducting various software analyses, including : - Structural Coverage Analysis - Timing Analysis - Data Coupling and Control Coupling - Memory Map Analysis - Worst Case Stack Analysis - Using tools such as NI LabVIEW, Test Stand, and RTRT for test sequence generation. - Ensuring compliance with communication protocols like ARINC429, CAN, RS422, SPI, GPIO, ADC, and PWM.
