Lead Analyst - Semiconductor/Connectivity Infrastructure Domain

Job description : We are looking for a Lead Analyst specializing in semiconductor, AI hardware, 5G infrastructure, Connectivity infrastructure (server, storage, networking equipment's etc.), and Radio Access Networks (RAN) etc. In this role, you will conduct in-depth market research and analysis to provide strategic insights that drive innovation and growth in these cutting-edge technology sectors Responsibilities : - Domain expertise - Semiconductor - Networking/ connectivity infrastructure domain - Conduct comprehensive research on various semiconductor topics including- AI hardware, 5G infrastructure, server storage, and RAN technologies etc. - Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and technological advancements to identify opportunities and threats. - Develop detailed market reports, including market sizing, forecasting, and strategic recommendations. - Advising client on the multiple problem statements such as Opportunity assessment, developing GTM model, partner identification, customer unmet need assessment, competition assessment etc. - Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand their needs and provide tailored research solutions. - Present findings and insights through reports, presentations, and meetings. - Monitor industry news, publications, and market data to keep abreast of emerging trends and shifts - Actively engage in internal and external client interactions, KOL interviews, proposal development, and client scope of work - Good organizational, Team Management, time management and project management skills. - Collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfilment of all commitments to the client. - To provide sales support in addition to regular project delivery work to senior management on need basis Experience & Skills : - 5-10 years' experience in a research / consulting domain - Candidates having bachelor's in engineering, MBA will be preferred - Should have managed a team in the past. - Hands-on experience in Forecasting, Market research, analytics, Competitive Intelligence, market forecast, Report creation, though leadership publication, corporate strategy, Project - Management/Planning, Consulting, Strategic Advisory. - Experience in a highly fast-paced work environment, preferably in research, consulting, or marketing/strategy - Exceptional written, oral, and presentation communication abilities - Expertise with Excel, PowerPoint. - Good People Management skills - Ability to work across multiple industry and projects concurrently, while maintaining the highest level of quality in work (ref:hirist.tech)
