AEM Administrator - Installation & Configuration

Location : Chennai Employment Type : Full-time Experience : 4 to 8 Years Responsibilities : - Install, configure, and upgrade AEM instances. - Manage user permissions and access controls. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues. - Optimize AEM for speed and scalability. - Implement security best practices to protect the AEM environment. - Assist content authors in creating and managing content. - Develop and maintain content templates and components. - Optimize content delivery and performance. - Configure and manage workflows to automate content approval and publishing processes. - Troubleshoot workflow issues and optimize workflow performance. - Integrate AEM with other systems and applications (i.e., CRM, CMS, marketing automation). - Develop custom integrations using AEM's APIs and frameworks. - Analyze AEM performance and identify bottlenecks. - Implement performance optimization techniques, such as caching, minification, and compression. - Diagnose and resolve AEM-related issues. - Provide technical support to content authors and developers. Qualifications : - Strong understanding of AEM architecture and components (CRX, CQ, Dispatcher). - Hands-on experience with AEM authoring, publishing, and administration. - Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies. - Knowledge of AEM's workflow engine and integration capabilities. - Experience with AEM's performance tuning and optimization techniques. - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Desired Skills : - Experience with AEM Cloud Service. - Knowledge of AEM's mobile and responsive features. - Experience with AEM's digital asset management (DAM) capabilities. - Understanding of cloud-based infrastructure and deployment strategies (ref:hirist.tech)
