Job Title : Senior System Administrator (L3 Support). Location : Vijayawada. Experience : 8 years. Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior System Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in system administration and will be responsible for providing L3 support. Key responsibilities include : - Managing and maintaining server infrastructure, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. - Providing advanced L3 support for complex technical issues and ensuring timely resolution. - Monitoring system performance and implementing performance tuning. - Ensuring system security through the implementation of best practices and regular updates. - Managing backups, disaster recovery plans, and data integrity. - Collaborating with other IT teams to support and improve overall IT infrastructure. - Documenting processes, procedures, and system configurations. Key Skills : - Strong expertise in Windows and Linux server environments. - Proficiency in virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V). - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). - Advanced knowledge of networking concepts and protocols. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and teamwork abilities. - Certifications such as MCSE, RHCE, or equivalent are a plus.
