Lead Java Developer - Spring Boot/Microservices Architecture

Technical Skills : - Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and related technologies. - Solid experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes). - Knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL), and experience with high-volume, low latency data processing and distributed systems. - Experience in building and deploying secure applications in a regulated environment. - FinTech Knowledge : Familiarity with the unique challenges and opportunities in the FinTech space, including payment systems, transaction processing, financial data security, and regulatory compliance. Required Qualifications : - Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field. - 8 years of experience in Java development and 3 leading a team. - Expertise in Java frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Hibernate). - Strong knowledge of microservices, RESTful APIs, and database systems (SQL/NoSQL). - Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies. - Proficiency in cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure). - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Kubernetes). - Knowledge of front-end frameworks (React, Angular) for full-stack development. - Familiarity with Big Data tools (Kafka, Hadoop).
