Technical Lead

Your Responsibilities As a Tech Solutionizer, your key responsibilities will include: 1. Analyze the business problem and provide the best achievable solution possible. 2. Embed the culture of tech evangelism in the organization 3. Research new technologies available in the market and work on POC proving the usage. 4. Should be technology agnostic and focus on best solution possible in a given situation 5. Own the delivery of the concept solution 6. Prioritize requirements from various stakeholders. 7. Be as a thought leader for technical business processes and convert these to the technical goals for the delivery team. 8. Maximize company efficiencies by reducing cost and increasing revenue. 9. Communicate with team members on a regular basis to determine the status of various projects and potential roadblocks that will need to be resolved. 10.Communicate with key stakeholders on project progress and ensuring that the project aligns with the changing priorities and requirements. The Skills you'll need In order to be successful in this role, you must have the following skills & experience: 1. 6 years of experience in Python development, with a focus on architecture and solution design. 2. Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful services, and Proven experience in designing and deploying solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. 4. Deep understanding of database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling. 5. Experience with frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI. 6. Strong knowledge of software development best practices, including design patterns and security protocols. 7. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide innovative solutions. 8. Strong communication and leadership skills. Good to have skills 1. Self-starter and highly motivated individual who is prepared to use his/her own initiative in understanding and following up issues. 2. Takes ownership and responsibility of problems through to resolution. 3. Ability to work under pressure and multi-task when necessary. 4. Hands on experience using tools like Trello, Gitlab, Zoom.
