SAP PP/QM Consultant - E2E Implementation

Job Description : Key Responsibilities : 1. SAP PP (Production Planning) : - Design, configure, and implement solutions in the SAP PP module to meet business needs. - Analyze production processes, identify areas for improvement, and provide end-to-end system solutions. - Integrate SAP PP with other SAP modules like MM, SD, and WM. - Optimize Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Bill of Materials (BOM), and production order workflows. 2. SAP QM (Quality Management) : - Design and configure SAP QM functionalities for quality inspection, control, and reporting. - Develop and implement quality management plans aligned with production processes. - Handle quality notifications, calibration processes, and test equipment management. - Integrate SAP QM with other modules to ensure seamless quality processes. 3. Business Process Analysis & Consulting : - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and document functional specifications. - Perform gap analysis and propose solutions to address business needs. - Conduct workshops, training, and knowledge-sharing sessions with end-users and key stakeholders. 4. Project Management and Stakeholder Engagement : - Collaborate with business stakeholders, process owners, and technical teams to ensure project success. - Prepare and deliver project documentation such as blueprints, functional specifications, and training materials. - Conduct end-user training and provide post-go-live support. - Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and risks to ensure on-time completion.
