Chief Technology Officer - CI/CD Tools

Job Overview : We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead technological transformation efforts within our organization. Key Responsibilities : Assess the current technology landscape and identify opportunities for transformation. Define and implement a comprehensive technology vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives. Manage and optimize technology tools, platforms, and processes to enhance workflows and operational efficiency. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including different business functions, to implement successful digital transformation initiatives. Build and lead a high-performing technology team specializing in Gen AI, ML, and Data Engineering to deliver impactful solutions. Develop and implement innovative technology solutions to digitize services, enhance customer experiences, and streamline internal processes. Manage risks, dependencies, and opportunities across ongoing transformation programs. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market opportunities to drive innovation. Apply best practices in innovation management, including Design Thinking, Agile, UX Design, and SDLC. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and customers to align technology initiatives with stakeholder expectations. Required Skills and Qualifications: Master's degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, Operational Research, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 12-18 years of experience in software engineering, with a proven track record in product management and leading Gen AI/ML projects. At least 8 years in managerial or leadership roles. Strong experience in product lifecycle management and deploying generative AI models and techniques. Expertise in design patterns, standards, and best practices, particularly in machine learning model development. Proficiency in server-side web development, middleware, Enterprise Application Platforms (EAPs), and scripting tools. Deep knowledge of managing the lifecycle of deployed models to meet performance and reliability standards. Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to drive alignment across teams. Proven ability to thrive in dynamic environments with ambiguous requirements. Advanced skills in prompt engineering and collaboration with data scientists for AI applications. Exceptional problem-solving, prioritization, and communication skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Preferred with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD and containerization. Experience with microservices architecture. Knowledge of distributed systems and cloud-native applications.
