Scrum Master - Project Management

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The Scrum Master will act as a facilitator for our Agile development process, helping teams work efficiently, remove obstacles, and deliver high-quality products. Key Responsibilities : - Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews for the Scrum team. - Work with Product Owners to ensure a clear and prioritized product backlog. - Assist the development team in defining and maintaining the sprint goals and delivering the sprint backlog. - Act as a coach and mentor for the team in Agile best practices and principles. - Remove any impediments that may hinder the team's progress and support them in achieving sprint goals. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of features, enhancements, and bug fixes. - Ensure the Scrum process is being followed, and guide the team in continuous improvement. - Help manage the team's performance metrics and encourage healthy team dynamics. - Promote collaboration, open communication, and accountability among team members. - Provide regular reports to management and stakeholders on sprint progress and team performance. - Foster a culture of transparency, self-organization, and accountability. Required Skills & Qualifications : - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or other Agile certifications preferred. - 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in an Agile coaching role. - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum. - Experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members, stakeholders, and leadership. - Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirements. - Knowledge of Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar).
