Workday Functional Consultant - Integration & Implementation

Role : Workday Functional Consultant Experience : 3-12 Years CTC : Up to 38 LPA Location : PAN India (Remote or Hybrid options available) Notice Period : Maximum 45 days (December joiners preferred) Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, test, and deploy integrations, reports, and enhancements to meet business requirements. - Create detailed Technical Design specifications. - Handle various Workday integration tools such as EIBs, CCW, Studio, PICOF, and PECI. - Develop and manage custom reports with minimal supervision. - Configure Business Processes and Security in Workday. - Provide production support and resolve incidents efficiently. - Plan and execute tasks in a structured and timely manner. What We're Looking For : - Minimum of 3 years' experience in Workday HCM implementation and/or support. - Strong knowledge of SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, and Java. - Experience with Workday Extend and Workday Prism Analytics (preferred). - Passionate problem-solvers with excellent communication and organizational skills.
