Our continued success starts with you Job Description : - Analyzing the business operations and designing/documenting the processes based on industry best practices. - Solving incident and change requests which are opened in the ticketing tool of the customer. - Updating the status of the incident and change requests in the ticketing tool. Responsibilities : - Identifies key barriers/core problems and applies problem solving skills in order to deal creatively with complex situations. - Troubleshoots and resolves complex problems. - Makes decisions under conditions of uncertainty, sometimes with incomplete information, that produce effective end results. - Independently performs assignments with instruction limited to the expected results. - Determines and develops an approach to solutions. - Receives technical guidance only on unusual or complex problems or issues. Qualifications : - BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, and/or Information Technology. - 7-10 years of experience in SAP Financials, ECC and S/4 HANA, is highly desirable. - Emphasis on Financial integration to Sales and Distribution and Logistics. - 3-5 years of experience in Accounting and Finance Business environments is highly desirable. - System Soft Technologies is a proud equal employment opportunity employer.
