As a Technology/Digital Transformation Specialist, you are tasked with the critical responsibility of guiding through the journey of modernizing and streamlining its operations & offerings through digital technology. This role encompasses a variety of tasks, from assessing current technological infrastructures to proposing innovative solutions that align with strategic business goals. Key Responsibilities : - Perform an assessment of company's technology/digital needs and develop strategies for leveraging emerging technologies to drive business growth and transformation. - Define technology vision, technology roadmap and provide recommendations on technology/digital transformation strategies. - Manage and optimize technology tools, platforms, and processes to ensure smooth workflows. - Collaborate with LOBs, Finance, and other functions to implement successful digital transformation, manage dependencies, and ensure resource planning. - Act as a technology evangelist to build awareness and understanding across internal teams. - Set up and lead a crack technology team that brings together deep knowledge/experience of Gen AI, ML/Data Engineering - to deliver significant business value through automation, creation of tools and accelerators - Develop and implement technology solutions to digitize services, support training, and drive service changes for better customer experience internally/externally. - Manage risk, opportunities and dependencies across all ongoing transformation programs. - Provide leadership to team of technical resources in delivering on the planned transformation roadmap - Understand the market and stay abreast of industry trends and identify opportunities for new or improved products/solutions. - Leverage innovation management best practices such as Design Thinking, Agile, open innovation, UX Design, root case analysis, fishbone, proposition design, service design, software development life cycle etc. - Identify the needs, expectations, and priorities of stakeholders. Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and customers. Required Skills and Qualifications : - Master's degree in data science, Machine Learning, Operational Research, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field. - 12-15 years' experience in software engineering as well as prior experience in product management - Proven track record of leading product, GenAI/ML projects from conception to deployment, experience with generative AI models and techniques, with at least 8 years in a managerial or lead role. - Prior experience in managing a product throughout its lifecycle - Experience in Design patterns, Standards & Best practices; building machine learning model development - Deep experience in server-side web development design languages, middleware, Enterprise Application Platform (EAPs), and scripting tools/protocols - Monitor and manage the lifecycle of deployed models, ensuring they meet performance and reliability standards. - Strong leadership skills with ability to influence the thought process and drive alignment. - Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Self-motivated and highly driven individual who can thrive in ambiguous requirements. - Experience in collaborating with data scientists to create and refine prompts for various AI applications. - Ability to develop advanced prompt engineering techniques to enhance the performance and accuracy of GenAI models. - Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Work effectively with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications : - Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, containerization, etc.). - Familiarity with microservices architecture. - Experience working with distributed systems and cloud-native applications.
