Position Overview:

As a Customer Success Representative on our Sales team, you'll join a highly skilled group dedicated to empowering you to excel. You'll play a key part in ensuring our clients get the most value from their IT services by building strong relationships, addressing their concerns and needs, and helping them achieve their business goals. Success in this position requires a passion for relationship-building, problem-solving, and exceptional collaboration with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to consistently exceed expectations.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to client needs.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
  • Documentation Management – collaborate with prospects and clients to gather essential IT documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness for smooth service delivery.
  • Onboarding Assistance – Support new clients through the onboarding process.
  • Keen Attention to Detail - must be able to focus on many tasks at once while still maintaining close attention to the details
  • Sales Enablement – utilize your deep understanding of client needs to help identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Previous experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Familiarity with IT services, technology solutions, or a related field is a plus.


Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Act as an ambassador for the company when interacting with clients to make a positive impression.
  • Proactively identify client needs, ensuring their IT services align with business objectives.
  • Respond to customer service concerns and billing challenges. Investigate and involve necessary parties to obtain a swift resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client requests, resolve issues, and deliver outstanding support.
  • Support he pre-sales process with prospects to ensure they meet our qualifying requirements, schedule Tech Assessments, obtain the necessary signatures on agreements, along with collecting the required credentials and documentation for the Tech Assessments.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and advocate for continuous improvement in our service delivery.
  • Assist the Sales Team in adhering to LMT Sales Procedures.
  • Assist the Sales Team with coordinating lunches and events, proactively ensuring prospect and clients meetings are successful.
  • Punctual and dependable attendance is required to meet the needs of our clients and the LMT team
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Working Conditions

  • Job location - LMT office in the historic High Falls District
  • Must have a valid driver's license and access to timely and reliable transportation to get to work








Compensation details: 60000-65000 Yearly Salary
