Headteachers PA – Newham Job Title: Headteachers PA Location: SEN School, Newham Employment Type: Full-Time – 8.30 – 4.30pm Start Date: ASAP – Long term placement Salary: £20 per hour PAYE About the Role: anzuk Education is recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Headteachers PA to work in a lovely SEN school located in Newham. We are searching for a candidate who is transparent and hard-working with experience supporting Senior Leadership Teams in the UK and an Enhanced DBS on the update service. This is a long-term full-time role starting ASAP. Key Responsibilities: Manage calendars and diaries for the Senior Leadership Team Arrange internal and external meetings for the Senior Leadership Team Book travel and manage expenses for the Senior Leadership Team To act as first point of contact in dealing with complaints as appropriate Work with the Admissions Manager to manage admissions To assist, when necessary, in the organisation of whole school events; Celebration, Welcome and Open Evening, etc Have an in-depth knowledge of the general school operations, policies, procedures and processes Liaise with the School Governors ensuring they are kept informed of all school events Requirements: Enhanced DBS on the update or be willing to apply for one at registration with anzuk Available ASAP for a full-time opportunity - We will accept candidates with a maximum of a two week notice period Minimum six months of experience working in a school in the UK as a PA/EA How to Apply: If you are enthusiastic about helping schools succeed and you meet the requirements above, we would love to hear from you Please submit your CV today.
