Part Time Accounts Administrator

We are recruiting for a new role within an established construction company in Welwyn Garden City. They are looking for a part time accounts administrator who would be happy in a data entry heavy role. You’ll be working in a supportive inclusive environment within a department of 6 people and full training will be given. What’s in it for you? · Salary: £12.50ph · Hours: 8.30am-5pm, Mon-Fri with 30 min lunch, 3 days per week – flexible on the days. · Free parking · Social company with trips out, BBQ’s, Christmas parties · The company is dedicated to promoting training and development Key Responsibilities: · Accurate and timely processing of purchase ledger transactions for allocated suppliers. To include purchase invoices & credits and authorising invoices for payment according to company policy. · Recording of waste transfer notes and tipping tickets into company database. · Reconciliation of purchase ledger statements for allocated suppliers and working with the suppliers to resolve issues. · Working with internal buyers and suppliers to resolve invoice queries. · Maintaining accurate supplier data within the accounting package for allocated suppliers. · Processing of staff expenses. · The duties and responsibilities set out may be varied from time to time to reflect the changing environment and pressures the business may face.
