The Role: We are seeking a talented and experienced Revit MEP Technician to join our growing team. This permanent role offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile projects, leveraging your expertise in Revit MEP to produce accurate and high-quality designs. As part of a collaborative team, you will work closely with engineers and project managers to develop, coordinate, and deliver detailed 3D models and drawings that meet project requirements and client expectations. Key Responsibilities: Create and develop detailed Revit MEP models for building services projects. Collaborate with engineers and design teams to coordinate and integrate MEP systems. Produce detailed design drawings, layouts, and schematics for mechanical, electrical, and public health systems. Ensure models adhere to industry standards, company protocols, and BIM requirements. Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts between systems using BIM software. Maintain and update Revit families and templates to support project needs. Liaise with project stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and consultants, to ensure seamless project delivery. Provide technical support to junior team members and assist in their development. About You: To excel in this role, you will need: Proven experience as a Revit MEP Technician in the building services industry. Proficiency in Revit MEP and other relevant software (e.g., Navisworks, AutoCAD). Strong understanding of BIM Level 2 processes and standards. Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and public health systems design. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. A proactive attitude toward learning new technologies and techniques.
