Support Worker at Day Centre in Bristol Temporary Position | Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our friendly team at our Day Centre in Bristol. This is a temporary position working hour 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM Mon - Fri, where you'll play a key role in providing care and support to individuals with physical disabilities and learning disabilities. Key Responsibilities: Provide person-centred support to individuals, helping them with daily activities and ensuring their well-being. Assist with mobility, personal care, and social interaction. Support individuals in engaging in various activities, promoting independence and choice. Work collaboratively with colleagues and other professionals to ensure the highest standard of care. Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all individuals.Requirements: Previous experience working with individuals with physical disabilities and learning disabilities is essential. A passion for supporting others and helping them achieve their goals. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
