Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide individualized support to students with a range of SEN. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with SEN. Support classroom activities and provide one-on-one assistance to students as needed. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Monitor and document student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents. Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students. Participate in training and professional development opportunities. Requirements: Previous experience working with children with special educational needs is preferred. Relevant qualifications or training in special education. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with SEN.
