Day-to-day of the role: Contract Management: Negotiate and draft contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards. Handle variations, change orders, and contract amendments.Project Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and site managers. Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules. Address any issues or delays promptly.Quality Assurance: Ensure work meets quality standards and safety regulations. Conduct regular inspections and address deficiencies.Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting. Review and approve subcontractor payments.Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate project risks. Handle any legal disputes or claims. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field. Proven experience in managing CAT A and Cat B refurbishment projects. Strong understanding of construction contracts and legal documentation. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in project management software.
