Senior HSE Business Partner - Contractor Midlands but can be located anywhere in the UK - National weekly travel is expected Permanent £70,000 - £75,000, Bonus, Company Car or Allowance and strong benefits package We are working with a globally renowned manufacturing organization to recruit a Senior HSE Business Partner for their contractor division. Reporting directly to the Health & Safety Director, the Senior HSE Business Partner will be responsible for shaping and implementing comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environmental strategies while leading continuous improvement efforts. The Senior HSE Business Partner will enhance and develop relationships with their Tier 1 suppliers on projects all over the UK. The Senior HSE Business Partner will be responsible for: · Implement and maintain HSE policies, ensuring alignment with global group standards · You will be a hands-on leader, understanding where you can make an immediate impact and what the long-term goals will be · You will drive cultural change, continuing to bring HSE and compliance to the forefront · Lead initiatives around traffic management and vehicle movement safety · Coaching, managing and developing operational stakeholders · Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify potential hazards and drive preventative measures The Senior HSE Business Partner will have: · NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification · Experience working within a Highways, Civil Engineering, Utilities environment · Any previous experience working with Tier 1 suppliers · Be an enabler able to demonstrate prior examples of driving HSE initiatives · Must have experience managing and developing cultural change · Experience maintaining management systems such as ISO14001, ISO 45001 · Proven leadership skills, the ability to engage at all levels is vital · Committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence Vacancy Reference: PR/(phone number removed) Vacancy Owner: Ryan Binnee | (url removed) | (44) (phone number removed) | (44) (phone number removed)
