You'll work closely with seasoned negotiators and marketers, qualifying leads, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. It's the perfect launchpad for a rewarding career, with a clear path to becoming a Lettings Negotiator Trainee Lettings Negotiator Responsibilities: Add leads to the Dynamics CRM system from various channels (portals, website, social media, phone, live chat, WhatsApp, email, affiliates, and database). Be the first point of contact for inbound calls. Respond to Live Chat and WhatsApp enquiries. Qualify leads by contacting them via phone, email, and WhatsApp to ensure they are ready for negotiators. Maintain high lead quality by recording all necessary information. Provide regular feedback to marketing on common questions and issues. Distribute qualified leads fairly to the negotiators. What we're looking for: Confident with a professional phone manner and the ability to work independently. Quick learner with a strong work ethic and a desire to grow and succeed. Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality results.
