Lennox Recruitment is currently supporting a hugely successful, global recruitment agency, who are looking to expand their team of Consultants based in Leeds, please see below: 360 Recruitment Consultant – Education Leeds • Base salary £28-£40k • Commission paid 10-25% (no threshold for the first 12 months) • Salary acceleration scheme (you move up salary bandings as you hit certain billing targets) • Minimum of 6 months experience (must have been as a 360 consultant carrying out cold calling business development) • Any previous sector experience considered • 7am-4pm hours during term time (reducing to a 5 hour working day in school holidays) • Very good management structure, lots of money has been invested into the companies Tech/ marketing • Really successful agency which has one countless national awards which offers company trips abroad and private healthcare as perks of the role Please apply asap or get in touch with us for further info :)
