Job Title: Client & Markets Senior Executive Location: Winchester (with travel to Andover, Basingstoke & Southampton) Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Hybrid and Flexible Working Options) Our client is a dynamic and expanding top 40 accountancy practice, providing expert solutions for entrepreneurial businesses and private individuals across Central and Southern England. As part of their ambitious growth plans, they are seeking a Marketing Executive to join their Winchester office, supporting business development initiatives across multiple locations. The Role: Reporting to the Associate Director – Clients & Markets, you will play a pivotal role in driving business development strategies and market engagement. This proactive and high-impact role will support the firm's growth through lead generation, content creation, and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities: Identify market opportunities to develop impactful content, campaigns, and partnerships to attract new business. Manage the lead and quote process, delivering high-quality proposals and presentations. Advise fee earners on lead generation, pipeline management, and business development best practices. Build and maintain a network of connections for potential referrals and collaborative opportunities. Represent the firm at external meetings, networking events, and within industry marketing groups. Organise and report on business development meetings, ensuring engagement and clear communication. Curate and manage social media content to enhance brand presence. Distribute new client enquiries to relevant teams and ensure timely follow-up. Deliver business development induction sessions for new starters. Experienced in similar business development or marketing roles. Skilled in pipeline management, CRM systems, and market research. Detail-oriented with strong numeracy and analytical skills.
