Restaurant Manager - up to 40K - Live in

Are you an experienced Restaurant Manager with a focus on Fine Dining? THE JOB: Day to day running of a restaurant within one of the Scottish Isles based Hotels. Ensure the set-up standards are continually monitored and maintained. Work closely with the Senior Management to ensure profitability of the Restaurant with particular focus on staffing levels and service quality. Smooth communication between all Heads of Departments within the property. F&B Stock Management. Staff training and development. Adherence to the Food Safety as well as Health and Safety regulations. IDEAL CANDIDATE: two or more years of proven experience in a similar role within a table service setting at a Managerial level. Hands on approach and ability to lead from the front. Ability to lead by example. High standard on personal appearance. Ability and willingness to work split shifts. THE PACKAGE: 40K per annum. 48h per week on a 5 over 7 basis, please note that you MUST be willing and comfortable working split shifts. Excellent induction programme and development opportunities.
