NEW VACANCY (PK8636) LOGISTICS ADMINISTRATOR COMMUTABLE FROM CAMBRIDGESHIRE / HERTFORDSHIRE / BEDFORDSHIRE Salary £23-27K (Depending on Experience) 25 Days Holiday plus Bank Holidays Hybrid Working - 37 Hours Per Week - 3 Days a Week in the Office Minimum Our client is a global packaging development company who offer innovative, premium packaging solutions to luxury brands predominantly in the health & beauty, spirits, homeware, candles, watches and fine fragrance markets. They are currently looking for a Logistics Administrator to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Producing shipping documentation - worldwide Data Entry Liaising with freight forwarders Obtaining quotes, sea, air, road and courier DHL/Fedex Booking couriers & documentation Setting up new projects on Microsoft teams Uploading documents onto Microsoft Teams Forecasts on supply projects Resolving any queries with deliveries/invoicing Assisting accounts with any payment issues re deliveries PODs etc Shipping schedules - worldwide - working with Factories both China and Europe to ensure production running smoothly Supply projects management - from raising delivery notes to invoicing Inventory Management various stock locations including Mexico and reports Stock reconciliation monthly GRN stock into transit and warehouse /client Monitoring shipments worldwide Maintaining and updating schedules with shipment detailsRequirements: Microsoft Excel skills (Essential) Keen attention to detail (Essential) Microsoft Teams skills beneficial An excellent communicator Previous experience within logistics preferred but not necessarily (Essential) Ability to multitask and forward plan Be able to demonstrate a professional manner at all times Team player
