Position: Psychology Graduate (SEN) Location: Milton Keynes Start Date: Immediate Age Range: 6-9 Years Old Rate: £95 - £110 per day Are you a Psychology graduate looking to start your career in education? This role is specifically designed for Psychology graduates who want to apply their knowledge of child development and psychology in a rewarding educational setting. You will support young learners with additional needs, aged 6-11 years, ensuring their academic, emotional, and social progress in a supportive and nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored 1:1 support, assisting with learning, behavioural, and social development. Collaborate with the SENCO and teaching staff to implement and monitor individualised education plans (IEPs). Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where learners can thrive. Track progress and adapt strategies to meet students evolving needs. Ideal Candidate A graduate in Psychology or a related field, with an understanding of child development and SEN strategies. Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to supporting learners with additional needs. Strong communication skills to work effectively with students, staff, and parents.
