Job Description

Due to securing a multi-million pound repairs contract throughout Nottingham my client is now looking for a repairs administrator to join their team THE INDIVIDUAL: Currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Repairs Administrator to assist with the management of repair requests and administrative tasks, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a fast-paced environment. RESPONSIBILITIES: Process repair requests and maintain accurate records. Communicate effectively with clients and contractors. Assist in scheduling repairs and coordinating with relevant teams. Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and promptly. Provide general administrative support as needed. REQUIREMENTS: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous administrative experience is a plus but not essential. The role is working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours. This role is to start ASAP
