Client Details My client is an award winning firm of accountants with multiple offices across the North West. Due to rapid growth plans, I am looking to recruit an Accounts Manager to join their team. Description Overseeing the preparation and review of financial statements and reports. Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Managing and mentoring junior accountants and staff. Conducting internal audits and coordinating external audits. Developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures. Providing strategic financial advice to clients. Managing client relationships and addressing their financial concerns. Preparing and reviewing complex tax returns and advising on tax planning. Analyzing financial data to support business decisions and improve profitability. Leading budgeting and forecasting processes for clients. Profile Chartered accountant (ICAEW/ICAS/ACCA) 5 years experience of working in a practice environment Experience of using cloud accounting software (preferably Xero) Ideally Management experience Job Offer £50,000 - £60,000 D.O.E. 37.5 hr week 25 days paid holiday leave with option to buy 5 days Pension scheme An excellent working environment Hybrid working (up to 2 days per week WFH) Regular social events Minimal travel
