As an Installation Team Leader, you’ll oversee the deployment of cutting-edge technology assets into retail stores nationwide, helping some of the biggest names in retail streamline operations and improve customer experiences. This role is working 8 hours per night 5 nights a week with overtime available. What You’ll Be Doing: Lead Installations: Take ownership of the on-site installation process, ensuring tech assets are deployed efficiently and on schedule. Team Leadership: Manage and motivate your installation team, ensuring high standards of performance and teamwork. Customer Coordination: Work closely with major retailers to plan installations, minimise disruption, and exceed their expectations. Technical Expertise: Assist with the setup, configuration, and testing of equipment to ensure everything works perfectly. Problem Solving: Address any challenges during installations, ensuring smooth operations and satisfied clients. Collaboration: Liaise with project managers and technical teams to ensure installations align with project specifications and deadlines.
