Job Title: Senior Benefits Specialist Rate: Competitive in line with skills / experience Type: Contract Location: Hybrid (Liverpool) My client, a global organisation currently has an urgent requirement for a skilled Benefits Specialist to join on an initial 12-month contract. In this role you will play a key role in developing, implementing, and managing employee benefits programs that align with the company’s goals and values Key Responsibilities: Plan Development: Design, evaluate, and refine employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, wellness, and other ancillary benefits. Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors and third-party administrators to negotiate contracts and ensure high-quality service delivery. Employee Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits inquiries, claims resolution, and policy clarifications. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline benefits administration and enhance employee experience. Requirements: Prior experience with employee benefits is required. This can be through a broader HR role, but some familiarity with benefits administration is essential. Proficiency in an additional language, would be advantageous Experience working in an HR Shared Services environment is advantageous. Strong systems expertise is preferred, with familiarity in platforms like Workday, Darwin, or ServiceNow being a plus. Interested?
