You don’t need experience necessarily, but you do need to have the confidence to deal with the next level of high-growth, next-generation businesses, and successful professionals, offering the right support and advice as they scale. About the role: You will be responsible for developing relationships with high-growth businesses – be that their founders, management team or investors. This could be through referrals / introductions or by targeting them by email, LinkedIn, Instagram or by phone – whatever it takes to get the attention of the UK’s most exciting and innovative businesses (My client is already working with a lot of them) Their young leadership team has been on this journey before – scaling their last business from 10 to 100 heads between 2014 and 2020. Now back doing what they love – running a start-up - there is an opportunity for others to join them on this journey and get some great experience working in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
