Project Quantity Surveyor - Groundworks, (Sheffield, Notts, Derby, Leeds) £50k - £60k plus package. Are you a Project Quantity Surveyor with Groundworks contracting experience? The company is a leading groundworks contractor in the East & West Midlands working on residential groundworks They are seeking a driven individual to oversee all projects around Sheffield, Nottingham, Derby & Leeds. Duties will include : Preparing tender documents, including bills from drawings Preparing sub-contract enquiries and order documentation Preparing cost budgets and prices for contract variations Providing support in cost management and financial reports Working on own projects as appropriate You will be required to cover projects across the Sheffield, Notts, Derby, Leeds A full driving licence is required
