Role Overview: As a TIG Welder/Fabricator, you will be responsible for fabricating and welding components according to specifications and quality standards. This role requires a high level of precision and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work with various metals and alloys. Key Responsibilities: Perform TIG welding on various metals (including stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel) following blueprints and technical drawings. Fabricate and assemble metal parts, ensuring dimensions and tolerances are met. Inspect completed welds for quality and precision, adhering to company standards. Set up and maintain welding equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following safety protocols and regulations. Qualifications: Proven experience in TIG welding and fabrication (minimum 2 years preferred). Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols. Strong understanding of metal properties and welding techniques. Excellent hand-eye coordination and precision.
