Manage a team of 3 experienced 2D CAD Draughtsmen £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience Manage the teams' work-load, assurance, liaise with the engineering team and complete ad-hoc surveys Don't be a 'Yes' person - This role is for someone who wants to take ownership of their new role and protects the workload of their team from becoming overwhelming.
