Job Description

Sales Representative (Field Based) Southwest £30,000-£35,000 Car & Bonus Elevation Recruitment are excited to be working with a sustainably focused and forward thinking employer who are looking to recruit a field based area sales representative to their team. In this role, you will focus on building long-lasting relationships with customers and enhancing brand awareness through exceptional service and support. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support and care. Conduct regular check-ins, in-person visits, and follow-ups to foster strong, enduring customer relationships. Collaborate with the other Brand Ambassadors, Regional Sales Manager, and Southern Manager to generate new leads. Identify and act on potential new business opportunities within the region. Engage in occasional outreach efforts to target new customers, primarily in the merchant trade sector. Drive brand awareness in Southwest England by effectively communicating our value proposition to current and potential customers. Support in-store events, trade counter demonstrations, and other brand-building activities to increase product visibility and engagement. Skills & Experience: Full UK Driving Licence Experience in a customer facing position and sales experience is highly desired Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage effectively with clients. A proactive and organised approach to managing client relationships. Ability to work independently and manage a regional territory. Frequent travel within Southwest England to visit client sites.
