The Role As a Recruitment Consultant in our Architecture team, you’ll be responsible for: Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients Managing the full recruitment process (360), from sourcing candidates to closing roles Taking a proactive approach to business development and securing new clients Collaborating with a supportive, high-performing team to hit shared goals What We’re Looking For At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or business development A strong communicator who is competitive and driven to succeed A team player who thrives in a collaborative, results-focused environment Someone with a creative/design/architectural background who enjoys taking on challenges A person with a drive to better themselves and grow professionally Why Join Us?
