Maintain strict compliance with EHO, COSHH, and HACCP standards, consistently delivering high-quality dishes with excellent taste and presentation. Work comfortably and actively within a small team, contributing to daily specials and bringing expertise across all kitchen sections, especially in larder and pastry. Your experience, qualifications and personality Prior experience in a gastropub or fresh food restaurant is preferred, along with familiarity with high-quality, seasonal ingredients and a fast-paced kitchen environment.
