Key Responsibilities: ·Collaborate closely with engineers in a professional, amiable manner. ·Act as a key point of contact for BIM expertise, liaising directly with clients. ·Participate in and lead coordination meetings, both internally and externally. ·Review and ensure the quality of your work and that of your team. What They're Looking For: ·Proficiency in Revit MEP, including modeling systems, schedules, and sheet creation. ·Experience with Navisworks, clash detection, and AutoCAD. ·Understanding of BIM terminology and a passion for producing neat, accurate models. ·Familiarity with Office 365 and, ideally, Dynamo (not essential). ·Strong teamwork and a proactive attitude under pressure.
