Position Overview As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and students to provide tailored support that promotes engagement and academic progress. You will assist in creating a positive learning environment, supporting students' individual needs, and contributing to their overall development. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for education and a commitment to making a difference. Key Responsibilities Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons. Work one-on-one or with small groups of students to provide targeted support. Assist in the implementation of individual learning plans for students with additional needs. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued. Help manage classroom behavior to ensure a productive learning atmosphere. Prepare classroom materials and assist with administrative tasks as required. Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and school staff.Requirements Experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred but not essential. A passion for education and a desire to support students in their learning journey. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and staff. Patience, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
