We are looking for a Electrical Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. As the Electrical Engineer​​​​​​​, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services. The Electrical Engineer, will be responsible for: Upgrading, installing systems and carrying out PPM maintenance works, inspections and fault finding. Keeping the clients updated with any developments, recording all activities, remedial works, inspection logs etc. Ensuring a high level of customer service and will need Comfortable working with IT to record your tasks and updates. To be successful for this Electrical Engineer​​​​​​​ role you must have: The ideal candidate for this position will hold accreditation to the 18th Edition of the New Wiring Regulations, also known as BS 7671, as updated in January 2019 by the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) . Experience in providing electrical maintenance services within a large and complex environment. Basic to intermediate IT skills are necessary, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, along with some experience in updating systems. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, as is the ability to take notes effectively. The candidate should demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and be self-motivated. A substantial practical background in various building services disciplines is required. Encompassing heating, hot water, ventilation, refrigeration, environmental systems, electrical power and distribution, and public health.
