Freelance Project Manager - Cold Room M&E Installation - Cambridge, UK Start ASAP - Duration Until August 2025 Rate: £300-£350 per day I'm currently working with a well-established client who is looking for an experienced Freelance Project Manager to oversee the cold room M&E installation for a project on the outskirts of Cambridge, UK. This is an opportunity for an organised professional who has a solid background in project management with a good understanding of the M&E process. You will be responsible for ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the M&E installation for cold room projects. Oversee project scheduling, ensuring timely delivery of milestones. Liaise with key stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and relevant regulations. Report on progress, risks, and issues to senior management.Requirements: Proven experience in project management. Strong understanding of construction and M&E processes. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
