The Job As Shipping Administrator, you’ll work closely with the Shipping and Despatch team providing administrative support and ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Coordinating and scheduling shipments to keep everything on track. Liaising with overseas agents to ensure seamless communication. Managing and providing vital shipping documentation and information. Overseeing container loading efficiency and accuracy. Preparing and managing shipping invoices and digital shipment files. Processing payments, reconciling accounts, and addressing supplier and customer queries. Supporting year-end stock reconciliation and processing sample requests. What You’ll Need Experience in shipping, despatch, logistics, warehouse administration or similar. 5 GCSES (or equivalent) including Maths and English Grade C. Strong working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel. Excellent communication skills. Highly organised and detail oriented.
