About the Role: Become a valued part of our People and Culture team as an Administrator within the Operations team. This role provides crucial administrative support during an exciting phase as BHI implements a new HR system. You will work closely with Advisors and Business Partners in a supportive and friendly environment at our Box Hill campus, with some hybrid working options available. Responsibilities include: Ensuring compliance with employee checks such as Working with Children Checks, National Police Checks, and Right to Work verifications; Managing flexible working requests from employees; Processing employee contracts and variations in our systems, and Recruitment support Reporting to the Senior People and Culture Business Partner, this role is available initially on a casual full-time basis to June 2025 and offers an hourly rate of $37.57. About You: We seek an experienced administrator eager to grow within a human resources team. Your team-first attitude, coupled with strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in MS Office, will ensure success in this role. You are committed to delivering excellent customer care and can interact confidently and courteously with individuals across all organisational levels.
