Job Description
Lead and Manage Sales Team: Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of 5 sales professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to drive revenue growth Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to meet and exceed sales targets Client Acquisition: Actively engage in prospecting, cold calling, and networking to acquire new clients Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales metrics to assess team performance and make data-driven decisions Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges for senior management Skills & Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role leading a sales team Demonstrated success in a hunter sales role, with a focus on new business development and market expansion. Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in training and mentoring sales professionals Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and negotiate effectively Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs Qualification: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
