Unit Manager - Emergency unit

Requirements : Post-Basic Diploma in Emergency or Trauma Nursing essential and registered with SANC. Minimum of 3-5 years experience in the Emergency Department, specifically in the private hospital sector. Proven leadership experience in a healthcare environment, with previous management or supervisory roles. Strong clinical expertise in emergency care, trauma management, and patient assessment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to lead and support a diverse healthcare team. Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
