Planning and co-ordinating of all functions related to achieving growth and budgets. Actively lead new sales within the region. Develop business plan and sales strategy. Prepare action plans. Conduct one on one reviews with Accounts Executives. Manage worklow and process. Drive sales. Management reporting. Matric. Sales or Management qualification. 3 Years successful corporate direct sales experience. 2 yrs ICT industry experience. 3-5 years managment experience.
